Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

Order processing times depend on the item purchased:

• Large Items (e.g., arcades, stools, game tables/boards):
  Held in a secondary third-party warehouse, with a preparation and dispatch time of 5-7 business days.
• Smaller Items:
  Held in our primary location, with a typical preparation and dispatch time of 0-1 business days.

All preparation and dispatch occur on regular business days (Monday–Friday) between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. With order cut-off time at 13:00 (GMT) 

Domestic Shipping Options

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Orders over £15 qualify for free shipping.
• With Transit time between 1-2 business days. (Monday-Friday)

International Shipping
We currently do not ship or sell outside of the United Kingdom. Our shipping regions include England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland exclusively.

Local Delivery Options

We do not offer local delivery or collection options.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition, with tags and proof of purchase.

• To initiate a return, email info@shopthelot.co.uk. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and return instructions.
• Items should not be sent back without prior approval.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• Hazardous materials
• Sale items

Potential Service Interruptions

Orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We work diligently to resolve issues any potential problems as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

• If you haven’t received tracking information within the maximum stated dispatch times, email info@shopthelot.co.uk. for an update.
• In cases of lost or missing packages, contact us via the Contact Us form or email info@shopthelot.co.uk.. We will investigate and work to resolve the matter promptly.
